MIAX Sapphire Options - Options Regulatory Fee Extension of Sunset Date to December 31, 2025

MIAX Sapphire Options will extend the current Options Regulatory Fee (”ORF”) sunset date to December 31, 2025.  There is no change to the amount of the ORF.
